Our support coordinators will collaborate with you and your immediate support network to understand and implement your NDIS plan. 

Our support coordinators will assist you to: 

• find and connect you with service providers, 
• link you into community and mainstream services, 
• maintain service agreements, and, 
• ensure that your goals are met 

We know it is all about facilitating quality conversations, to explore what is possible with your approved NDIS funding, and in building your capacity to exercise your choice and control. 

You can feel confident that our support coordination team operates independently of service providers. 

The overall aim is to assist you to reach your goals, enable your participation in the community (social and economic) and increase your independence.
