Chief Executive Officer

Ann-Maree has extensive leadership experience in the not-for-profit sector having held CEO and senior executive positions with Uniting, Lentara Uniting Care, Yooralla, Red Cross, Arthritis Victoria and other not-for-profits. Ann-Maree has a Master of Business, a Graduate Diploma in Business, nursing qualifications and a Bachelor of Science.

Edward Boghikian

Chief Operating Officer

Coming from a corporate background and having worked in the not-for-profit sector for the last eight years, Edward brings over 25 years of leadership experience to Marriott providing strategic and operational management, project management, training, and other skilled services. He is an experienced manager, trainer and facilitator for organisations and is passionate about inclusion and equity for people with a disability. He is a qualified lead auditor in both NDIS and ISO platforms and brings an equity and inclusion lens to all his organisational development projects.

Edward has led numerous strategic contracts including at Save the Children, where he managed the entire contract for Asylum Seekers at the Nauru offshore processing centre and has most recently spent many years driving the expansion and management of Victorian Operations in disability Day programs and Accommodation services.

Linda Vogt

Head of Enviro Management Services

Linda has over 25 years of experience in Operational, Retail and Volunteer Leadership roles across the Corporate, Humanitarian, Community and Health Sectors. Linda thrives on developing and empowering teams while encouraging them to celebrate, learn, innovate and grow.

Linda is passionate and driven by positive and sustainable outcomes with a strong focus on social inclusion for disadvantaged groups within the community. She is empathetic by nature with strong leadership, proactive engagement and well-developed change management skills.

Head of Community Operations  

Glen comes to Marriott with over 35 years of experience in the disability sector, with about 25 of these within leadership or management roles, in both small and large teams. 

Glen understands the critical elements of leadership which includes coaching and mentoring, professional supervision, strategic thinking and supporting others through change. 

Glen believes that every team member can utilise their skills and talents to provide the best possible service for people with disabilities that Marriott supports. Glen also sees that not only does this enhance Marriott’s service delivery, but it also contributes to a great culture and organisational connectiveness. 

Glen also has extensive experience in overseeing the provision of services within the NDIS funding environment and, Glen always looks for better ways to match the delivery of disability support services that meets the expressed needs of people with disabilities. 

Kellie Carruthers

Customer Engagement Manager  

Kellie has over 25years experience in the disability and healthcare sector. Her experience ranges from operational to business development with a passion for helping people to achieve their goals. Kellie has had success in building business profile and participants base across the sectors for different groups, she has networks across Victoria that ensure continued growth with a pulse on the NDIS changes.

Bill Stott

Business Development Manager

Bill is an experienced & professional Business Development and Operational Manager with broad experience gained through over two decades of management roles in both corporate and not-for-profit environments.

With considerable experience within the Disability sector including a strong familiarity with NDIS, and broad industry experience across multiple sectors including packaging, horticulture, natural resource management, warehousing, and logistics, he has led large and complex teams and manage significant P&Ls.

Bill takes pride in maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships and the ability to drive positive outcomes with the teams he leads with a focus on staff engagement, development, retention and delivering positive financial outcomes.

Mark Mannix

Company Secretary & Finance Manager

Mark is a senior finance professional with significant experience delivering at executive level within multi-million dollar organisations in the logistics (storage and transport) and not for profit sectors. Mark has strong conceptual and analytical skills, with significant staff management experience and is well experienced in report preparation, budgets, cash flow management and capital expenditure. Mark has also partnered in strategic planning and has successfully led organisational change.
