In May 2022, Marriott celebrated our 10-year partnership with Glen Eira Sports and Aquatic Centre. Our ur organisations have worked very closely together in building the capability of their staff through providing disability awareness and inclusion training, offering a modified basketball program for people with intellectual disability to build new skills. It is all part of the unique facility fully equipped to support people with disability.
As part of providing access to current and emerging technology, Marriott entered into a partnership with Swinburne University’s KIOSC centre to enable our RTI participants to experience innovative technology through virtual reality activities, robotics, 3D printing and high technology experiences in innovative STEM programs.
