Welcome to the team Edward Boghikian

We are pleased to welcome Edward Boghikian as Marriott Support Service’s Chief Operations Officer! We are very excited to have Edward on board.

Edward has over seven years of experience in the Disability sector in executive management roles and has widespread knowledge in Training, NDIS Auditing, and Workplace Safety, and oversaw operations working closely with participants primarily on the Autism Spectrum (ASD) and with Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI).

Edward previously worked for Afford which is one of the leading disability organisations, as the Victorian District Manager helping to transform the organisation’s day services and accommodation leading to growth within Victoria.

Edward will be responsible for the smooth running of operations across all areas of the organisation and aims to surpass participant’s goal expectations, increase financial performance, customer service, service delivery, and establish teamwork across the organisation.

Edward is passionate about the disability sector and making a difference through achieving business outcomes and will bring a range of expertise to Marriott Support Services.
