Marriott Support Services has a rich history with social enterprise, working with government, councils, water utilities and the corporate sector to facilitate disability employment opportunities.
We have been making a difference since 1989 when we launched our first employment social enterprise which led to the birth of Garden Force, now known as Environment Management Services.
This was followed shortly thereafter by the establishment of our Industries and factories teams, which have continued to evolve to meet the changing market environments, currently with an emphasis on food production.
Our focus on new market opportunities has led to diversification into our new incubator social businesses and emerging social procurement opportunities requiring new commercial approaches. This has been challenging but well suited to our business modelling, enabling us to thrive and grow.
With the introduction of the Victorian Social Procurement Framework, In partnership with socially minded organisations, we are harnessing our purchasing power and creating genuine social value which goes beyond the commercial worth of the goods and services produced and delvered.
All of our social enterprises are certified with Social Traders as well as holding relevant NDIS and OHS accreditations.

Mini Hippo Imports has proudly partnered with Marriott Support Services for the past five years.
