Marriott Industries celebrates 10 years at Keys Road Cheltenham

Marriott Industries (MI) has much to celebrate especially over the last 10 years when we moved to our current site at Keys Road Cheltenham.

Before moving to the Keys Rd site the Supported Employees said there were too many days without enough work and remember being bored, saying it was unpleasant being idle. Listen to David’s reflections, see video below.

Today it is an entirely different story! Over the past ten years there has been a steady increase of jobs with Industries ensuring there is a great variety of work for their Supported Employees.
Marriott Industries is a busy, productive work environment offering supported employment in light assembly, packaging, re work, pick n pack and warehousing and has small teams working off-site to add further variety and development opportunities.

Marriott Industries also offers pathways to promotion within its working model.
Our Supported Employees may have the opportunity to work as Assistant Team Leaders and Warehouse Assistants learning to run small teams developing skills such as communication, workflows and leadership.
