Join us to raise funds to support people with disability improve their health and wellbeing.

Join us to support people with disability improve their health and wellbeing.

Staying fit is important for each one of us. At Marriott, we offer gym that supports people with disability to reach their fitness goals, but we want to do this better.

We need to raise $4,950.00 to buy some gym equipment.

We want to be able to challenge people and provide a diverse gym program – to do this we need a rower, a spin bike, a treadmill and multi-station stack. The multi-station stack requires users to stand so it improves upper body strength, posture and breathing.

Andy is a young man whose goal is to lose weight and get fitter. He is already improving his diet, has lost a little weight and knows he can push himself more. This gym equipment will help him stay motivated to reach his goal.

At Marriott Community Hub we offer an inclusive and supportive gym program with trained staff in both disability support and personal training. Our goal is to expand the gym program to 6 days a week.

Your donation however small will all go to the Marriott gym. Let’s work together to raise $4,950.00

Here are 3 easy ways to donate;
1. Go to https://chuffed.org/project/fitness-strikes-gym-equipment-for-people-with-disability

2. Cash in an envelope labelled “gym raiser” and dropped off at any of our receptions

3. Direct transfer – Account Name: Marriott Support Services Donations Acct NAB
BSB 083-605 Acct no 856954151
