Crew Supervisor

Enviro is looking for a Crew Supervisor assist in the expansion of the social enterprise.
 
As a Crew Supervisor, you will primarily supervise a small team as well as performing general horticulture and maintenance tasks for our contracts which will include but are not limited to ride-on mowing, brush cutting, weed control, and minor landscape works.
 
The successful candidate will:
  • Experience in horticulture or grounds maintenance
  • Experience leading small diverse teams, with an ability to coordinate and communicate effectively
  • Enjoyment working outdoors and with a variety of equipment
  • Have a good level of physical fitness to meet the manual handling requirements of the position
  • Willing to start in the early morning
  • Show a genuine commitment to safety, the environment, and continuous improvement
  • A current Victorian driver’s license and own reliable transport
  • A current NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • A personal style that models integrity, equity, fairness, and transparency

Fork Lift Operator

We are seeking a Forklift Operator [minimum six to 12-months experience] to start immediately working in our Industries social enterprise.  The role requires someone who has demonstrated experience in efficient forklift operations and holds a current Licence for front load forklift [preferable side reach].

This is a diverse position where you will not only be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a forklift, but you will also play a great support role in ensuring the smooth running of the warehouse.

Other key duties include:

  • Operate the forklift for staging, un/loading, rotation, and storage of product into designated areas.
  • Stock management, loading and unloading trucks.
  • Undertake inspections of the forklift prior to your shift to determine any issues or required repairs.
  • Identify damages, report product shortages or quality deficiencies, while also completing all necessary paperwork for dispatch and receival.
  • Follow strict operational procedures to always uphold a safety-conscious environment.

Your Challenges:

  • Enhance marketing and communications collateral for the various parts of the organisation to support its messaging and growth strategies

Your Skills:
