    We use our donations carefully.  This allows us to do a little extra by purchasing special materials for our art and drama programs, or purchase high quality equipment for our gym, or the latest computer technology.

    Payroll Giving

    At Marriott we offer Pay Roll Giving options to allow our employees to give back to Marriott in an easy to manage way.  Pay Roll giving is a tax-free scheme allowing Marriott employees to donate directly from their salary before tax.

      Food process worker – Flexible working arrangements!

      Are you a student looking for a flexible work arrangement with training and upskill opportunities?

      Marriott Industries is looking for enthusiastic people to come and join the Food Production Team.

      You will be working in a fast-paced food packaging/production environment assisting the team to fulfil production orders.

      The duties you will be doing include, but are not limited to:

      • Assembling and disassembling components, boxes, and parts
      • Picking, packing, and counting stock
      • Re-working goods
      • Light assembly
      • Collating printed materials
      • Weighing and measuring items
      • Labelling and collating items
      • Bundling items
      • Making up cartons for packing
      • Prepare, pack and process items for despatch and storage and assist with stock movement
      • Using the hand trolley and pallet jack safely

      Experience in the industry is not required, you will engage in training and learning opportunities.

      Requirements:

      • Right to work in Australia
      • Mandatory NDIS Worker Check will be conducted
      • Fully Vaccinated with proof of vaccination

      General Labourer – Full time

      IMMEDIATE START

      Do you love working outdoors are you physically fit, and looking for an opportunity to be part of a successful and growing Social Enterprise, who are commercially driven and socially focused? Well, we would like to hear from you!

      Come and join our diverse and socially inclusive Enviro Team. We need a General Labourer at our Koo Wee Rup site with previous experience in general labouring, gardening, and/or grounds maintenance is highly regarded however not required.

      Your daily tasks and responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

      • Brush cutting
      • Mowing
      • Weed control
      • Hedging
      • Mulching
      • Pruning
      • Watering
      • Weeding

      Requirements:

      • Right to work in Australia
      • Mandatory NDIS Worker Check (including police check) will be conducted
      • Australian Drivers License (optional)

      • Light assembly
      • Collating printed materials
      • Weighing and measuring items
      • Labelling and collating items

      • Making up cartons for packing

      • Cleaning duties, where instructed to do so
      • Using the hand trolley and pallet jack safely
      • Accepting responsibility for the quality of own work and contributing to quality control.
      • Working in a positive, respectful, and courteous manner
      • Contributing to a productive work environment – assisting co-workers, ability to adapt to a change in duties, share in work knowledge and skills, and adhering to workplace standards relating to anti-discrimination and harassment.
      • Ability to work in a team or a group
      • Workplace communication – following routine spoken messages, instructions, and procedures and seeking clarification if not understood.
      • Completing employment documents to a required level.
      • Attending meetings and training when required

      OHS

      • Following OH&S procedures, observing safe practices during work operations
