Disability holiday support around Melbourne

By Jennifer Lumsden, May 2 2019

Getting out and about in the holidays

We had a ball last week with some fabulous activities. We got the VL train to Castlemaine, had a day at Sovereign Hill, checked out both Werribee and Melbourne Zoos and went to the Melbourne Museum. All were thoroughly enjoyable.

Due to high winds on the bay on Friday, the planned trip on the Williamstown ferry was cancelled and instead we enjoyed the day at Science Works.

If you missed out, keep an eye out for more great day trips in the July break. Maybe the weather will be more favourable for the Williamstown ferry. http://www.museumvic.gov.au
