Operations Coordinator

Enviro Management Services (EMS) is part of Marriott Support Services. EMS has been operating within the horticultural, landscape and environmental industry for the past 28 years. We specialize in landscape services, grounds maintenance and land management. Uniquely, EMS and Marriott’s other social enterprise offers further value by employing people with disabilities to work in operational contexts to deliver quality work through.

We are currently seeking an Operations Coordinator reporting directly to our Divisional Manager – Raymond Lee. This key role ensures the effective delivery of our services to our valuable clients, whilst delivering strong leadership.

The primary purpose of the position is to:

  • Maximise opportunities for Enviro Management Services through effective project delivery and promotion of operational capability to existing and potential clients.
  • Ensure all works are completed in accordance with the specification and budgetary requirements that meet organisational Quality, Health and Safety, Environmental and Diversity objectives.
  • Provide Leadership to crews and staff working under their control.
