Health & Wellbeing

It matters to all of us that we are as healthy as we can be, and this means looking after our health both physically and mentally.

You want to live as well as possible, be healthy, make good decisions, reach your goals and participate in activities you choose with meaningful connections with others.

We work with you to provide support you need to have the life you choose. We also work with families so together we can support you to reach your goals.

We travel on public transport to use facilities in the local area including in Highett, Bentleigh, Brighton, Oakleigh, Moorabbin, Mentone and Caulfield.

The support we provide

  • Sport – weekly basketball competition at Glen Eira Sports Aquatic Centre (GESAC).
  • Fitness – choice of fitness activities like boxing, Zumba and swimming using local gyms
  • Beauty workshops – manicures, pedicures, skin care and makeup
  • Community workshops with professionals including positive relationships, healthy living, sexual health and personal safety.
