As of 27th August, I have resigned as CEO of Marriott but will stay on until a successor is chosen.

This is a time of important transformation for Marriott as the NDIS continues to change our sector. The strategy Marriott adopts will always put those that we support at the centre of everything we do.

After over 23 years at Marriott, I am delighted with the way we look at disability as not something different but rather something where we can challenge people to find their strengths and use those strengths to build a life with choices.

It has been great over the years to work together with you, parents and carers, to provide quality services and improve social inclusion for people with disability.

I know Marriott will continue to grow and adapt to the NDIS model.

My thanks to you for your continued support of Marriott and I have enjoyed my time working with you.

I will, of course, be saying goodbye once we know the way forward.

Regards,
Janine Simpkin
Chief Executive Officer
